Charcuterie Boards

Cheeses, Meats, Dips, Crackers, Fruit and Veggies...… What's not to love? This is one of those picky dinners that can be enjoyed and adapted all year round by everyone.

Charcuterie Boards

I have been making this these board for as long as I can remember.

To make the perfect board you will need...

  • A selection of deli meats. I used salamis, hams, beefs, pepperonis etc
  • A selection of cheeses. Again I used anything I fancied. There is no right or wrong choices when it comes to making these boards.
  • Pickles! Eggs, Onions, Gherkins, Peppers the list is endless
  • Savoury Bites. Scotch Eggs, Pork Pies, Pizza Pinwheels etc.
  • Dips. I tend to cheat here and buy in supermarket dips. They are relatively cheap but really yummy at the same time.
  • Fruit & Veggies. Anything goes, carrot batons, cucumber sticks, celery, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries
  • Crackers & Bread. I tend to go for a nice crisp cracker and crusty bread for these boards.

Method

1. If I'm 100% honest there is no method, you do what works for you.
