The sun is shining so brightly here on Dartmoor today it's almost easy to believe that summer is upon us.

Lemon, Garlic Feta Dip

So what better way to enjoy this weather, than to made my super yummy Lemon Garlic Feta Dip.

This dip can be enjoyed spread on a cracker, used with dipping vegetable sticks, delicious with lentil curl crisps or as my sister enjoys it by the spoonful.

To make this recipe you will need...


  • 200g Feta, Chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Infused Oil (Olive Oil Or Any Other Oil Of Choice Is Fine Too)
  • 1tsp Lemon Rind
  • 2tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • Pinch Of Paprika


  1. Using a food processor, blitz feta, 1 tablespoon oil, lemon rind, lemon juice and garlic together until smooth. Place in a serving bowl. Refrigerate until needed. You can add more oil if you prefer a slightly less firm dip and add more lemon and garlic to suit your taste.
