No-Bake Snickers Bars: The Easiest Sweet Fix
My super quick and easy No Bake Snickers Bar can be whipped up in under 20 minutes and ready to devour in just 3 hours. The smooth sweet biscuit base filled with snicker bar pieces and topped with a silky milk chocolate and peanut butter swirl is the perfect afternoon tea treat!
To make these slices you will need...
Ingredients
- 95g Butter
- 1 Tin Caramel Condensed Milk
- 300g Digestive Biscuits
- 6 Snickers Bars (each chopped into 8 pieces)
For the Decorations
- 200g chocolate of your choice (Melted)
- 2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
This recipe create 16 pieces
Method
- First line a 8 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- Blitz all the digestives together till they resemble sand.
- Add in the melted butter and whole tin of caramel condensed milk, giving it a good mix until well combined.
- Now chop each of the snickers bars into 8 portions and fold into the mixture making sure they are evenly distributed. Pop in the fridge to set while we prepare the topping.
- Melt the 2 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave (This takes about 30 seconds on high) leave to the side while we melt the chocolate.
- Adding your chocolate to a microwavable bowl, start to melt in 30 second blocks. (Mine took 2 minutes to fully melt).
- Remove the baking tray from the fridge and carefully pour out the chocolate, spreading evenly so it's coating the entire biscuit base.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the chocolate and taking a cocktail stick, swirl around in the chocolate to create a marble effect. Place back in the fridge to set.
And there you have it my quick and easy No Bake Snickers Bar. Perfect for an afternoon treat, or to make with the children.
